When starting on a new wellness journey, setting yourself up for success is key to reeling the benefits of all the hard work you’re putting in. Cleaning out your pantry, and setting it up for healthy choices when preparing our meals, and even go-to snacks, is not only helpful, its necessary. But it can be overwhelming, especially when its stocked with our favorite foods that have contributed to our need for a change.
For the Pantry Clean Out session, I come to your house, walk you through the process and explain why certain items should or shouldn’t be in your pantry. From there, we work together to create a shopping list to help restock it with items that will promote better health for you and your family.
